Data Protection: By filling out the registration form, the participant gives consent that EFGCP can process the data provided within the framework of the Workshop. This includes, unless registered participants object, all handling needed for the applicant’s participation at the Workshop and for the drafting of a list of participants, process the Q&As sessions, produce Certificates, and any tools required to enable remote attendance to the Workshop .
Right of access: applicants have a right to access and ask for changing or deleting their personal data, which will be kept by EFGCP.
Recording: By registering to this Workshop, the participant acknowledge that the following elements will be Recorded in Zoom during the Workshop:
- Shared Screen
- Active* Speaker's Activated Camera and Activated Microphone Input
- Active* Participant's Activated Camera and Activated Microphone Input
- Public Chat (to Everyone)
*Zoom automatically displays the camera (if activated) of the current speaking person, they are identified as Active Speakers/Participants while they speak. Participants will be muted during the sessions. The only way for participants to interact with the Faculty is via the Chat, using the Polling Tools (Sli.do), or raising the hand to be allowed to activate their microphone by a Moderator.
Hosts and Moderators can ask participants to activate their Microphone or Camera, but they cannot activate Participant's Camera or Microphone remotely without the participant's consent. Participants who do not activate their camera and microphone will de-facto not appear in the recordings, however, participant's displayed name in Zoom will appear attached to any message sent through the public main room chat. The public main room is labelled as "to everyone" in zoom. The Privates chat discussion (to anyone in particular) will not be recorded.
EFGCP cannot guarantee that all sessions will be recorded, as some discussed topic might be under embargo or subject to restrictions.
The Sessions' Recordings and Slides will only be made available to registered participants who have settled their registration fee, and for 2 months after the date of the Workshop. Participants who could not register prior to the Workshop and/or who could not attend (no show) can be allowed to view the recording under the same rules, if authorized by the Workshop's Programme Committee.
EFGCP records the Workshop under the Fair Access Principle: To help in drafting the report as well as to improve the access to anyone who would not be available to follow the Workshop at the set dates.
