*If booked within 14 days of event your intake form will be treated as a request for service and will be based on availability of school colors. We will email you to confirm colors are available
Terms & Conditions Agreement: By signing below you agree that when ordering a sign from Perfectly Planned, You agree to take care of signs while they are in your yard, including NOT moving them, NOT mowing your lawn, NOT using the sprinkler system and NOT attaching balloons or any other items. You also understand that you must keep all pets & children off of the signs. You understand that failure to prevent whats mentioned above will result in a damage charge of $20-35 per sign. You understand that signs are 24 hour rentals and that photographs will be taken of the signs and the home may appear in the photo however the address/exact location will not be shared. You also understand that if for any reason you have to cancel less than 2 days before set up you will forfeit 50% of your total or a credit can be applied to a future set up. Please be advised, any bookings made less than 7 days in advance are not guaranteed and is dependent on inventory. Any booking made within 48 hours of requested date can be charged a “rush fee” of $25. By signing and submitting this form you agree to and will abide by the terms & conditions stated above.
