Session Info

Thank you for scheduling your photo session! Your session will last approximately 1-2 hours at the location of your choice. Depending on your collection, up to 40 of the best images from your session will be edited and processed and then posted in an online gallery for viewing and ordering. Unless specified, prints, albums, digital files, and other products are NOT included in the session fee. The session fee covers 1 person. Each additional person is $25. The session fee is non-refundable. Should illness or other unforeseen circumstance occur, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your photo session. Your session fee may only be applied once toward another session date.

The photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unfavorable weather conditions, illness or emergencies.

Ordering Information

Approximately 7 days after your session, proofs will be available in an online password-protected gallery. The gallery will remain active for 7 days, and you should be prepared to place your order within this timeframe. Should you need more time, there is an option to extend your gallery for 7 more days for a fee of $25.

Your gallery will show both color and black & white images. The photographer retains the right to show what she feels best suits the image. Please be advised that image color, brightness, darkness can vary greatly from monitor to monitor. Minor edits to photos may be requested when ordering at no additional charge (ie: cropping, minor blemish touch-ups). Time intensive edits will be billed at $35/hr. Once edits have been made, you are responsible for the image editing costs regardless of whether the image is purchased or not. Please carefully select your images and products. Due to the custom nature of your session, once orders have been placed, all sales are final. Please allow 2-3 weeks for print orders and 3-8 weeks for all other product orders.

Model Release

I permit the Photographer to use images from this session for gallery display, portfolio use, website, publication, or other promotional uses. I am a legal guardian of the minor(s) being photographed and agree to this model release on their behalf.

All images created by 627 Photography are copyright protected and remain the property of 627 Photography. Digital files are available for purchase and may be printed for personal use. These files may not be used for profit, contests or competition and may not be altered in any way without the consent of 627 Photography. Please do not copy, save or scan images from your gallery, www.627photography.com, or the 627 Photography blog, Facebook.com, Twitter, Instagram or any printed material. This is considered stealing and violates federal law. A complimentary logo marked low resolution version of purchased images is available upon request. These files are suitable for emailing and posting online to blogs, social networking sites, etc. and may not be cropped, altered or printed.
