I am taking part in a photographic project with Gerardo Vizmanos (the Photographer). I’m aware that the images in video or photograph resulting from this project (Content) may be used by the Photographer in the normal course of his photography work, including printing, publishing, and exhibiting in private or public spaces or galleries and that the Content may be licensed to third parties for its use or publication.
In consideration of my participation on this project, I hereby irrevocably give to the Photographer any rights and permission for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) to publish and re-publish, to copyright and use and re-use any Content of me taken during the referred shooting and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations (including publishing in electronic form or internet websites). I agree that I have no rights on the Content and all rights to the Content belong to the Photographer and I further waive any rights to review or approve any uses of the Content. I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this model release prior to its signature; I fully understand the contents thereof.
