Come to the session fully prepared with questions and with a deeper understanding of your situation so that we can continue to dive further into understanding it. Show up with an open mind and a willingness to whatever messages might come up in the reading. Have a clear mind, not affected by alcohol or drugs, and so on.

Services:
I offer tarot reading. These readings are not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice. I will be drawing on my intuition while interpreting the archetypal images on Tarot cards. Based on what I see in the cards and the question you provided I will offer suggestions, advice, and guidance. I will not tell you what you must do. You are free to choose to accept the advice/or act on the suggestions.

Payment:
Payment is due before the reading. I do not offer refunds. You may not like what the Tarot says so please understand what the tarot can and cannot do; what I can and cannot do as a tarot reader before you book your reading. I am committed to being open and honest. I will tell what the Tarot is saying not what I want to say and not what you wish me to say. I take payment via PayPal.

Appointments:
In-person: In-person is where we would meet face to face in person or over zoom or Skype. A phone tarot reading is also considered in person. You can book an appointment for an in-person through email or phone. Please cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance. If you choose to reschedule the payment will be rolled over. With proper notification of a cancellation, I will refund your money. If you do not show up, you will forfeit your payment.

Email: Email does not need an appointment. There may be a wait list. Email readings take a lot of my time because besides reading the cards I spend considerable time writing the results up.

Confidentiality and Privacy: All information you give me and the information I give you based on the cards will be kept private and confidential. I will not share it with anyone else. Any records I keep will be kept in a secure place at my home. I will not store any information in the cloud. I have my own backup server.

Dispute resolution. If you take exception to something I shared about your reading, please let me know. I will explain to you what I saw in the cards in relation to your situation. Based on our conversation regarding your dispute(s), I may draw some more cards so we can come to an agreement.

My goal is to provide an honest interpretation of the cards. I will use my intuition to access the archetypal images in the cards and relay that information to you in a clear way so you may make powerful choices so you may be the powerful creator of your reality. To get to the heart of what you want to know so you may make empowered choices.

Feel free to ask questions about how I am interpreting the cards during our allotted reading time. Ask for more clarification should something be unclear. It is your time, you paid for it, and you have the right to understand what is going on. However, please try not to spend too much time asking questions about my process so that our time is properly focused on your reading, and so that my focus doesn’t dissipate.

I am not a psychic. I cannot solve crimes, pick lottery numbers, locate lost items or persons, predict death dates, predict exact dates of events. This is something for a psychic. I don't do readings about past lives. I am not comfortable doing readings about possible demon possessions, questions related to dark energies or dark magic.

I strive for honesty, clarity, and insightful readings.

I am not a licensed mental health professional. Tarot is not a substitution for counseling, mental health services, or psychotherapy. Neither am I qualified to give financial, medical or legal advice.

I am not a medical professional. I can not diagnose an illness or find a cure for illness.

I do not practice predictive tarot. Tarot can only serve as a mirror for the present moment. As a tarot reader, my goal is to be a translator between the client and their guides/higher self. I intend to always have the client’s highest and best interest at heart. In addition, it is not within my sphere of wisdom to do a or pregnancy.

I will not do reading for or about persons younger than 18 years old unless you are a parent or legal guardian of the person in question.

3rd party I don't feel it is in anyone's best interest to take questions about third-party's therefore I will not read tarot for anybody who is not present (i.e. a family member, a partner, a friend, etc). If you want a reading about a relationship, the focus will be on your needs, experiences.

I reserve the right to decline to give a Tarot reading which violates my personal ethics.

The cards will likely advise you on certain courses of action to take, but that does not mean I am telling you what to do. That is not my role. Your decisions are 100% your own, and I do not, and will not, impede the free will of others. To do so is in direct opposition to your own empowerment. I advise, but ultimately your decisions are your own.

No single reader is perfect for every single client. On rare occasions, I may encounter a client with whom things just don’t seem to “click.” Should you be one of those clients, I will do my best to discern that as quickly as possible so as to not waste your time, and I will refer you onward to several other trustworthy and ethical readers.

I reserve the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that I cannot answer or/and which goes against this code of ethics, or my own personal boundaries and ethics.

In no case shall JazzmineyTarot be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, any failure or performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure; third party theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

RECOVERY OF LITIGATION EXPENSES

If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
