- Media requests must be submitted using the electronic form below, or using the hard copy form. Requests made through email or in passing will not be received.
- Please allow 48 hours (excluding weekends) after submitting your request for a follow-up response from Abby.
- All media requests must be submitted according to the time chart to be considered for approval and completion:
  Graphic Media: 2-3 Weeks | Print Material: 6-8 Weeks | Video Media: 4-8 Weeks
Remember: If your event starts on 8/15, but you want to start advertising your event on 7/26, this request will need to be made in advance of the advertising start date, not the actual event date.
