  • CANCELLATIONS/RE-SCHEDULES/CHANGES TO SERVICES BOOKED

    HAVEN hair studio requires 72 hours notice for service changes, rescheduling or to cancel an appointment. This is the minimum amount of time neccessary for us to make adjustments to our timing and schedule, and/or reach out to those on a Waitlist.

    These policies are strictly enforced and are necessary for us to remain in business and able to take care of your hair needs.

    All clients will receive one "free pass" which will be noted on your client profile.

     

    *Within 72 hours - $0 charge

    *Within 48 hours - 50% of the services booked

    *24 hours or less - 100% of the services booked

    *No show - 100% of services booked, no exceptions. Will require 50% non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.

     

  • LATE POLICY

    If you are running late for your appointment, please call or text the studio at (813) 928-2984 to let us know, as we may not be able to accommodate the late arrival.

    If you arrive 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, you will incur a late charge of $25 added to your service total, and certain portions of your service may be forfeited.

    If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and you would be charged a late-cancel fee of 100% of the services booked. If we are able to accommodate you still, we will, but will adjust the appointment as necessary so that we do not fall behind in servicing our other clients.

     

    *Any fees due will be charged to the credit card on file/last card used at checkout. If we are unable to collect the fee, it will need to be taken care of before we can re-schedule you.

  • Should be Empty:
