Comfortable and flexible. One of us is almost always at home during business hours.
Comfortable but not always home. Would prefer if the designer can supervise when we are not at the house.
I'm usually home, but the noise and mess drives me a bit crazy.
I need to work with contractors who can work around my schedule, which is a bit hectic.
I prefer to hire contractors directly and can coordinate projects myself.
