On Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 10 AM – 2 PM, meet community members and city staff to collect litter off. We will meet near J.C. Optimist Sports Complex at 1113 MLK Jr. AVE S. at 10:00 AM. From there, we will disperse and collect litter on the roadsides and in the brush.
Light refreshments, water, and cleanup materials will be provided at meeting place. Be sure to dress appropriately: Bundle up, wear closed toe shoes. Be prepared to walk a distance of 1-2 miles and carry up to 50 pounds of debris. Thank you for your commitment to cleaning our roadways!
