  • Wellness is unique across Idaho, which is why we’re reaching out to young Idahoans to share what wellness looks like for them.  

    We want to hear from you! Read the prompt below and use your creativity to express your response. This may be in the form of poetry, drawing, photography, painting, or any other art form that comes to mind. If your artwork is three dimensional (i.e., clay, brick creations, etc.), please take a photo and include it with your submission. This will not be graded, so have fun!  

    Use your unique, creative process to express your response to the prompt below: 

    What does overall personal wellness look like to you?

    What do you do to cope when you’re feeling upset, anxious, or just a little "off your game?” 

    Submit your artwork by the deadline, and your submission may be selected and published in an upcoming journal intended for students just like you!  

  • Please read these guidelines before submitting. 

    • All submissions must be received or postmarked by Monday, May 2, 2022.
    • All digital submissions must be in PDF, .png, or .jpg format.
    • If mailing submissions (not needd for digital submissions):
    • Artwork must be properly labeled. Write the name of the student, the student's grade, age, and school on the back of the artwork.
    • Entrants must be an Idaho public school student in grades 6-9.

    Please only one entry per student.

    1. Submissions should be submited in 8.5" x 11" sizing in PDF, .png, or .jpg format. 

    2. Submissions should represent wellness across Idaho.

    3. Submissions should not include copyrighted images.

    4. Student may use any medium or combination of meduim they choose (paint, pencil, digital, etc.)

    5. Students must be advised that entry into this contest constitues:

    A) A waiver of all copyrights students have in their entries, and

    B) Permission to republish entries without compensation.

    6. Submissions that include lewd, vulgar, violent, or derogatory content will not be considered.

    7. Submissions will not be returned.

    Submissions must be received or postmarked by Monday, May 2, 2022.
