State Farm Foundation Scholarship Application
Eligibility criteria:
Demonstrated financial need with an Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) of $8500 or less as determined by the Lincoln College Financial Aid Office. Student must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and any additional documentation such as verification required by the Office of Financial Aid at Lincoln College.
Student must be admitted to an accelerated hybrid or online degree program (see list of eligible majors below) at Lincoln College and have submitted all official transcripts from prior institutions. Student must maintain a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester.
Successful completion of at least 50 credit hours from a regionally accredited college.
Overall combined GPA from all colleges attended must be 3.0 or higher or GPA for the most recent 30 credit hours must be 3.0 or higher.
Student must live in one of the eligible central Illinois counties (see list below).
Employees of State Farm Companies and agencies are not eligible for this scholarship.
