Held at least 4 Chapter meetings
Held at least 4 Chapter Officer meetings
Provided at least 3 service opportunities to members (virtual, individual, etc) within your Institutional and/or State COVID guidelines
Conducted at least 1 membership drive
Conducted at least 1 Induction (Virtual or in-person) Ceremony
Membership materials presented at Induction Ceremony
Distinguished Chapter Award (DCA)
DCA requires that a chapter meet ALL of the In Good Standing Requirements, plus 8 of the following. Please check the box to each requirement completed.

Held at least 5 Chapter meetings
Held at least 5 Chapter Officer meetings
Conducted at leasts 4-5 service and/or educational projects
Conducted at least 6-10 service and/or educational projects (virtual, in-person, group or individual)
