Regular Admissions Deadline: 11:59pm MT on February 6th

Spring Break: We will not hold scheduled team meetings during the week of March 21-25. However, this will be a research week and individual work will be expected.
Program End Date: May 6th
Please note that the Quad will be conducted in a hybrid format this semester. We will hold mandatory work sessions primarily over Zoom. Work sessions will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings for a 1.5 hour block of time between 3:30pm MT - 7:30pm MT (specific time frame will depend on team availability). The third meeting time each week will be decided by your team.
We will offer a few optional in person work sessions in addition to other opportunities for your team to get together. These times will be discussed and scheduled as a team once the program starts.
We understand that academic schedules are in flux due to COVID-19 and may not be known as this time. To the best of your knowledge, applicants should be free for a 1.5 hour block of time on Monday and Wednesday evenings between 3:30pm MT - 7:30pm MT.
Students are expected to work 10-15 hours a week for the duration of the 11 week program. 4-5 of those hours will be spent on mandatory Zoom calls with your project team. The other 6-10 hours will be spent doing individual work. The program stipend is $1,350 per student.
If selected, there will be a 30 minute Zoom interview that will occur before a final application decision is made. Project interest and selection will be discussed during this interview and will be assigned no later than the week prior to the program start date. We will attempt to match students with projects based on interest and skills. Please contact Associate Director, Belle Cotton McDonald, at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. Thank you!
