I have read the Waiver, Cancellation and Refund Policy information provided in the Registration Packet in its entirety. I understand what I have read and acknowledge that I/we (if applicable) submit this form voluntarily and with full knowledge of the significance of its terms. In the case that I am submitting this Registration for both me and members of my family or others, I also acknowledge that we collectively have read the Waiver, Cancellation and Refund Policy in its entirety and voluntarily agree to be bound by their terms. I understand that my deposit is non-refundable and other cancellation penalties will apply depending on the cancel date. I understand that all monies must be paid by the final payment date. I and if applicable the others on this Registration, am/are aware that the mandatory purchase of Travel Insurance is not included in the Registration Fee and is my/our responsibility. I/we understand that should an emergency arise while on the tour that my/our own funds and/or my/our Travel Insurance will be used and that Opening The Way and/or its agents (Lawrence Mathews) are not responsible for these costs.
