30 Day Cancellation Notice Requirement
All memberships will be responsible for 30 days of membership dues.
The 30-day cancellation notice can only be applied to active memberships; if a membership is paused when cancellation is requested, the membership will be resumed and the 30-day cancellation notice period will begin from the time the membership has been resumed. The remaining billings will depend on how much time was left on the membership when it was paused and the membership agreement terms.
Early Contract Cancellation
I understand that if I request to cancel my membership before my initial contract term is over; I will be charged early contract cancellation fees as outlined in my membership agreement. ***Please note: any 3/6/12 month contract that has not been fulfilled will require a payout of the remaining months in your agreement for cancelation of your membership.
I hereby certify that I wish to cancel my membership with F45 Training. I understand that my account must be in good standing without a negative balance, in order to complete this request. I understand that I am responsible for the next 30 days of membership dues. I also understand that may lose access to my current (foundation, promotional) rate should I choose to rejoin at a later date.
