  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    All Stands in the Heritage Area are for exhibitors who provide Heritage Displays and Exhibitions for our visitors which are free for visitors to the show

    Heritage Stands are not usually available for those who plan to sell goods as their main activity at the Show. 

    If you are planning on selling goods as your main priority please contact the Heritage Secretary

  • Before your start you will need:

    1. Public Liability Insurance Details
    2. Food Hygiene and Safety Certificates where applicable
    3. Risk Assessments

    • SECTION A - Public Liability Insurance

    • It is a requirement that all exhibitors have a minimum of £5m Public Liability Insurance. Please confirm that you have Public Liability Insurance that is up to date and adequate for your proposed activity?*

    • Have the Health & Safety aspects of your undertaking ever been inspected by either the HSE or Local Council?*
    • Has any formal action been taken against you in respect of Health & Safety?*
    • Do your proposed activities at the show involve the use of any hazardous substances / equipment or manouvres about which members of the public need warning?*
    • Do you propose to make any equipment available to children or the general public during the event?*
    • If yes, has it been examined and maintained on a regular basis ?*
    • SECTION B - Employers Liability

    • If you employ one or more persons (including members of your own family or volunteers) do you have Employers Liability Insurance?*
    • If you employ more than 5 people (or have more than 5 volunteers) please confirm that a Health and Safety Policy has been formulated which covers the activities you propose for the Show*
    • Will any young person under the age of 18 be working or helping our on your stand?*
    • SECTION C - Site & Services

      Only an electric supply provided by the Show is permitted in the Heritage Area

    • Do you require an electrical connection on your stand?*
    • If yes, please confirm that all electrical items you will be using will be PAT tested*
    • SECTION D - Food Stands

      All food retailers are to be available for inspection prior to the event on the request of North Kesteven Distrct Council, and at any time during the event.

    • Does your stand sell or produce any food products that are prepared on site for consumption / sampling at the show?*

    • STAND REQUIREMENTS

      Heritage Area Stands are available INSIDE the Heritage Marquee

      (A Single Stand includes 1 table & 2 chairs)

    • TICKETS AND VEHICLE PASSES

      How many tickets and vehicle passes do you require?

      (Unused tickets must be returned to the Heritage Secretary)

    • ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS

      We can supply:

      2 x 13amp Socket connections (one double socket) - £60

      Ceeform Blue 16amp connections - POA

      Due to the power supply available on site it is essential that the system is not overloaded. Please note:

      1. NO multi socket extension leads are permitted.
      2. Electrical sockets can only be booked if we know the wattage of equipment being plugged in
      3. Only ONE item per socket
      4. We are unable to provide an electrical supply without pre-booking

      Subject to the type of stand and where it is located in the Heritage Area, there may be a fee payable to help towards the cost of running the show.  We will contact you once your application has been received.
