Summarize how the nominee has excelled as an adult learner. Consider challenges overcome, how she or he has inspired others, and personal achievements. Include how the nominee has maintained family, civic and/or employment responsibilities while pursuing educational goals. Include the learner's reasons for enrolling as an adult learner and aspirations for the future. Please be as specific as possible. If the nominee is selected, this summary may be used for presentation of the award and for a local press release.
Nominations must include 2 testimonial letters. At least one letter must come from an instructor. The other letter should be from another student, staff member, or another instructor.

In order to maintain a fair and equitable nomination and decision process, the Awards Committee will only be considering two letters of recommendation per candidate. No additional letters will be considered.

All completed packages must be received by the Awards Committee Chairs no later than Friday, February 7, 2025.
