The nominee and nominator must both be current iACEA members. A membership application can be found at www.iacea.net.

Nominees should be any adult education instructor who has made a significant impact on students in your program.

Summarize the highlights in the nominee's adult education teaching career. Include a list of active memberships in civic, philanthropic and/or educational organizations. Include a list of any educational publications. Most importantly, why do think your nominee deserves to be recognized for his or her accomplishments? Please be as specific as possible. If the nominee is selected, this summary may be used for presentation of the award and for a local press release.
Nominations must include 2 testimonial letters. At least one letter must come from a current or former student. The other letter should come from a colleague or student other than the nominator. If students would like to submit testimonials but do not want to write one, a teacher can work with the student to write one on their behalf or the student may submit it in their first language to be translated.

In order to maintain a fair and equitable nomination and decision process, the Awards Committee will only be considering two letters of recommendation per candidate. No additional letters will be considered.

All completed packages must be received by the Awards Committee Chairs no later than Friday, February 7, 2025.
