We give you the opportunity to recruit Reader / Advisors & you can earn  a "set amount" of what they earn when reading for clients, on our sites  (on an on-going basis).  You negotiate your commissions with the Reader directly- but we recommend that you keep it on a "per mins" basis- usually @ 0.05cents per minute.     

                                                  STEPS                                                                                                                                         

• After your application is approved- we will add you to our sites databases as well as issue you a distinct code; for you to give to your Applicants- so that you can track their orders.
•  2) Each time one of your Readers completes a session- the system will email you full details. 
• 3) We will deduct your commissions earned - from your Readers' pay & send it to you directly.
•  4) We pay out 2x a month and we use TransferWise. Paypal, or Payoneer to make payments. (your choice)
•  5) We highly suggest that you have contracts with your Readers to ensure there are no discrepancies regarding your commissions earned. (We can help you with drawing up your contracts).
