  • Event Policy

    • 30 days or more from the event, you have the option of receiving a full refund or retaining payment on a digital gift card. The gift card does not expire and is valid for all salon, nail, and spa services including events and products.
    • 14-29 days out from the event, we will allow a 50% refund. 
    • 13 days or less from the event, all payments are final and no refund will be given.
    • A 50% deposit is required before your reservations are reserved, and it will be processed the day you call to make the deposit. 
    • Trial appointments are paid in the salon on the day of the trial.
    • Trial appointments are not included in the invoice for the event.
    • Trial appointment details and the pricing will be discussed when you pay the 50% deposit.
    • The final 50% of the payment will be due 7 days before the reservation date.
    • If any changes need to be made to the invoice (adding or removing guests or services), you are able to do so up until the final payment is due/7 days before the reservation date. The final payment will be prorated to reflect any changes that were made after the 50% deposit. 
    • If the final payment is not made 7 days before the reservation date, your card on file will automatically be charged the remaining payment the day before the reservation date.
