Event Policy
30 days or more from the event, you have the option of receiving a full refund or retaining payment on a digital gift card. The gift card does not expire and is valid for all salon, nail, and spa services including events and products.
14-29 days out from the event, we will allow a 50% refund.
13 days or less from the event, all payments are final and no refund will be given.
A 50% deposit is required before your reservations are reserved, and it will be processed the day you call to make the deposit.
Trial appointments are paid in the salon on the day of the trial.
Trial appointments are not included in the invoice for the event.
Trial appointment details and the pricing will be discussed when you call to pay the 50% deposit.
The final 50% of the payment will be due 7 days before the reservation date.
If any changes need to be made to the invoice (adding or removing guests or services), you are able to do so up until the final payment is due/7 days before the reservation date. The final payment will be prorated to reflect any changes that were made after the 50% deposit.
If the final payment is not made 7 days before the reservation date, your card on file will automatically be charged the remaining payment the day before the reservation date.
