I, Your namewillingly submit my application to be considered a submissive for Goddess Adira / Goddess Addie. I understand that Goddess Adira is not obligated to accept my application should she not see me as a good fit for her desires. I,your name understand that should I be accepted as a submissive, I am obligated to perform whatever actions my goddess requires of me. Should something that Goddess Adira asks of me make me uncomfortable, I will tell her right away. Should I need a break due to mental health etc, I will inform Goddess Adira right away. Should I determine that I no longer want to serve Goddess Adira, I understand that there will be a final tribute fee as determined by Goddess Adira and a cancellation contract for me to be signed.
