Dear Golden Goose Volunteer:
Thank you for all you do to make the Golden Goose Thrift Shop such a success. We've raised millions of dollars over the years which has been used to fund a myriad of community programs from Catalina to the San Carlos Reservation. This would not be possible without the efforts of our dedicated volunteers and employees.
The Golden Goose provides funding to SaddleBrooke Community Outreach (SBCO) and IMPACT of Southern Arizona. Many of their programs focus on children and seniors.
Our MISSION is to generate earnings to help fund the programs of IMPACT and SBCO

To keep the Golden Goose a vibrant place to volunteer, the Board of Directors is asking you to complete the attached opinion survey. Based on our mission, our values and your personal experience we want to better understand , through your feedback, the health of our organization; what we are doing well and what we need to do to improve.
Your responses will be kept anonymous and will be viewed by a consultant who will prepare and present a report of the finding to the Board and management. From there, the Board and management will determine the next steps to take, including providing you with a summary report.
