Cornerstone Captures Senior Rep Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a senior rep for Cornerstone Captures.

I want to give you some information about myself before you continue any further.

I'm Chelsea Sands and I am 25 years old, I was raised in Snyder, TX playing

sports all my life. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful little babes.

They are my world and the reason I strive for perfection. I have been doing

photography for about three-four years now and I am excited to expand and

have new faces on my timeline. I began doing photography because I felt it was

my ministry and God's calling for me. I pursued to make people feel like a

handcrafted, beautiful and unique master piece, because they are (Ephesians

2:10)! My business name came from the Cornerstone himself, Christ. He is my

foundation and I want to be a vessel that is ready to be used by God in showing

you the beauty in his creations.

I am excited to get to know you! Let's get to the fun stuff.

 

What is a Senior Rep?

A senior rep is a representative for my business. You become an influencer,

model, and the face of Cornerstone Captures. I am looking for outgoing, active,

and fun seniors who want to give back to the community while sharing your experience with my team. This is a four season experience with your friends 

and new community. Your job as a rep is to share images throughout the year

on your various social media platforms, encourage your friends to use my

services and generally get people excited about Cornerstone Captures.

 

As a rep you will get to participate in multiple styled shoots throughout the

year, typically one per season. There are also great incentives such as: custom bags,

t-shirts, a meet and greet with the new team, coffee dates, and free prints and/or

custom products for your referrals! If this all sounds good to you, please fill out this form thoroughly and answer these questions to the best of your ability in order for me to get to know you. 

Please read the model release and contract below to understand the details and

expectations if your submission is accepted. Decisions will be made and

announced at the end of May or early June depending on how many

applications are submitted. If everything goes as planned our meet and greet

along with our headshots will take place at the beginning of July.

 

MODEL RELEASE 

By signing below, I (client) am agreeing to allow Cornerstone Captures to

photograph me during a mutually agreed upon location and date. I agree to

share images from my session on social media and for marketing purposes

without compensation. I agree to post images to all my social media accounts

and update throughout the year. I will promote Cornerstone Captures by

Chelsea Sands and will not have any other photographer throughout this year

or have another company use my images for marketing purposes.

Senior Rep receive: 4 group sessions, 2 individual sessions, personalized bags, t-shirt, ability to earn free prints and more.  

 

CONTRACT

As a senior rep I understand that as a representative for Cornerstone Captures

by Chelsea Sands I am expected to attend the meet and greet event. I agree to

book at least one of my individual sessions between August and October for marketing purposes and to allow enough time to get referrals. I agree to pay the $150 booking fee to reserve my spot. This deposit is due at the meet and greet. The remainder of the fee ($600) must be paid no later than September 1, 2022. This covers your 6 sessions from July-May. 

 

 

Images will be delivered no later that two weeks after the date of shoot. Images

will also be delivered digitally. I understand that every picture used on my

social media must tag Cornerstone Captures.

 

Please be aware of Cornerstone Captures style of editing before applying.

All images taken during your senior session, marketing session, mini session,

and seasonal session are all the full property and copyright of Cornerstone

Captures. The images delivered to you digitally shall not be altered or edited in

any way, including additional online filters. You have the right to print images

from your chosen vendor, but cannot sell images to a third party.
