    Upon submitting this form, our team will review your photos and item list and get back to you as soon as possible with approval details, appointment scheduling instructions, and directions to our location. We review submissions Monday through Thursday only. Once approved items are dropped off, a donation receipt will automatically be sent to the email address provided on this form. At this time, we do not offer pick-up services, but a comprehensive list of recommended movers is available on our website to assist you with delivery. ***Note: We’re excited to share that all donations are now being received at our new warehouse in Bel Marin Keys!📍 Novato, CA

    Agreement to item conditions and guidelines:
    1. By submitting this form, I confirm that all the items I am donating are in good, clean, working condition, and free of pet hair and that I've reviewed the guidelines and requirements for donated items on the Make It Home website.
    2. I understand MIH staff has the right to refuse any item(s) at the time of dropoff if the guidelines are not met.
    3. I also agree that if for any reason, Make It Home cannot use my item(s) for clients, they may be given leave to sell the item(s) to raise monies for other items clients may need or give the item away as they see fit.
