Upon submission of this form, we will review your items and photos and get back to you as soon as possible, with approvals as well as instructions as to how to make an appointment for dropoff and directions to our location. We review submissions Monday-Thursday ONLY. Once items are dropped off, a donation receipt is automatically sent to the email you include on this form. We do not offer pickup services at this time. There is a comprehensive list of recommended movers on our website. Note: we are only accepting donations in our San Rafael, Northgate location.

1. By submitting this form, I confirm that all the items I am donating are in good, clean, working condition, and free of pet hair and that I've reviewed the guidelines and requirements for donated items on the Make It Home website.
2. I understand MIH staff has the right to refuse any item(s) at the time of dropoff if the guidelines are not met.
3. I also agree that if for any reason, Make It Home cannot use my item(s) for clients, they may be given leave to sell the item(s) to raise monies for other items clients may need or give the item away as they see fit.
We will respond to your submission as soon as possible. Please note that we review submissions Monday-Thursday only. If you submit a request on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will respond during the next business week. (Please trust we are working as quickly as possible but are inundated with requests.) We do not offer pickup services at this time but do have a comprehensive list of recommended movers on our website.
