Bunlandia Rabbit Rescue & Rehab Application for Rabbit Adoption
This form is used as a pre-screening measure so we can ensure our rabbits are placed in the best-fitting homes. Please answer every question carefully and to the best of your ability.

I understand that if I am selected to adopt this rabbit, the adoption fee will be $150 for a single rabbit or $250 for a bonded pair. Furthermore, I understand that while Bunlandia Rabbit Rescue & Rehab may work with transports to coordinate long-distance adoptions, I am ultimately responsible for making arrangements to pick up my adopted rabbit from their foster home in Connecticut.
