Initial understanding the reservation fee is Non-Refundable, and failure to vacate at the agree time will result in a rate of $50.00 per hour or any portion of an hour.*
Initial that the reserving party is responsible for removing any trash OFF SITE. Any trash found onsite or in the playscape containers will result in a $50.00 fee. *
Initial agreeing that no alcoholic beverages of any sort will be served*
***REMINDER*** PLEASE INITIAL. CLUBHOUSE ROTUNDA DOOR WILL NOT OPEN ANY EARLIER THAN YOUR SCHEDULED RESERVATION TIME, SETUP AND CLEAN-UP TIME ARE INCLUDED. NO EXCEPTIONS.*

CANCELLATION/LIQUIDATED DAMAGES - The reserving homeowner (or the assigned representative*) is responsible for any and all accidents or claims or damages of any nature (together,“Claim”) that may arise in whole or part as a result of in connection with the function or reservation of any or all of the clubhouse or amenity areas by the homeowner or their guests and agrees to release and hold harmless the Shadowglen, its Board of Directors and officers, committee members, management company and other agents and representatives of Shadowglen (together, “Released Parties”) regardless of whether the Claim arises in whole or part from the negligence of any Released Party. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, you must notify the office no later than two weeks prior to your event reservation date to receive a full refund. --PLEASE INITIAL THAT YOU AGREE*
A $200.00 refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required for all Clubhouse reservations. A reservation cannot be scheduled until the full deposit is received.

You can request an invoice to pay by Credit or Debit. Checks or money orders must be made payable to Shadowglen POA. Non-resident checks will not be accepted.
ACCEPTANCE OF CLUBHOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS

I have read the Closing Procedures and understand I can be ﬁned if:

•        Any clubhouse access doors are left unlocked and unsecured ($50 fine)

•        The AC/Heat is not set at the appropriate settings after the event

•        Any damage is caused to any of the Shadowglen property (deposit forfeit)

•        Alcohol is served or consumed on the premises ($100 ﬁne)

•        Someone is smoking on the premises (vaping pens not allowed)

•        Additional cleaning is required ($75 ﬁne)

•        Association trash bins are used ($50 ﬁne)

•        The pool is used during an event (clubhouse reservation suspension)

•        Authorities are involved in an incident ($100 ﬁne)

•        You do not vacate the clubhouse by your scheduled time ($50 per hour)
