DEPOSIT AND CANCELATION POLICY:I understand MDC NAIL STUDIO requires a 25$ deposit for every appointment and has a 48-hour cancelation policy. If I cancel in less than 48 hours I lose the initial deposit. Refer to Cancelations or no show.
Late Arrival Policy---Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for entry into the studio.Failure to arrive within this timeframe will result in the immediate cancellation of the appointment, and 100% of the scheduled service fee will be due.
"I acknowledge that in order to receive nail services, I must arrive with bare and healthy nails. I understand that if I arrive with existing nail enhancements, damaged nails, or any of the previously disclosed health conditions, the nail technician reserves the right to refuse service in the interest of my nail health. In such cases, the appointment will be canceled and the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged."
CANCELATION OR NO SHOW---Cancellations made within 48 hours or less of your appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.To rebook after your first no-show or last-minute cancellation, full payment in advance will be required.After a second no-show, no further appointments will be offered.
Chemical Consent & Liability Waiver---I understand that my nail treatment may involve the use of various professional products and chemicals, including but not limited to dehydrator, monomer, polymer, and related substances. By receiving these services, I acknowledge the potential risk of allergic reactions or sensitivities.I hereby consent to the application of these products as part of my treatment and agree that MDC Nail Studio will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects that may occur as a result of exposure to these products.
Respect Policy---I acknowledge that the nail studio and its technician must be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. Any form of disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service and/or termination of future appointments.
No Companions or Children Policy---Children and companions who are not receiving services are not permitted in the studio.If you arrive with a child or an unbooked companion, your appointment will be canceled immediately, your deposit forfeited, and you will be held responsible for 100% of the scheduled service total.No exceptions will be made.
Design & Service Results Policy---I understand that the final result of my service is influenced by my personal choices, including but not limited to length, shape, design, and positioning of nail art. I acknowledge that MDC Nail Studio and its technician are not responsible or liable if the outcome does not meet my expectations based on the choices i made.
Art Changes & Add-Ons Policy---Once nail art, enhancements, or add-ons have been cured under the UV lamp or acrylic art has been applied, any requested changes will incur additional charges. These charges will cover the removal, extra time, and materials used.

Nailfie Requirement---When booking your appointment, you must upload a clear photo (“nailfie”) of your current nails to show their condition. This helps the technician properly prepare for your service, assess your nail health, ensure accurate timing and product selection.

Inspiration & Freestyle Policy: Client must upload an inspiration photo of their desired service at the time of booking. If you provide your own inspiration, the set will be itemized and an estimate will be given prior to confirming the appointment. For freestyle sets, the artwork will be created at the technician’s discretion. You may choose your preferred length and shape from the options that best complement your hands.
