Which course are you registering for?* This field is required.Levels 1-4 include access to our WhatsApp training Group and a set of course resources sent by mail (MEC workbook, All emotions are OK x2, Emotions and Feelings x1, Stress Rewired x2)

Level 4 - EMCC accredited training to become an individually accredited coach (EIA)

Level 3 - 4 day PCI accredited training / EMCC foundation level (EQA)

Level 2 - e-learning modules and one coaching session

Level 1 - beginner and foundation level e-learning modules - no coaching sessions

Level 0 - beginner e-learning only

Level 5 - advanced practitioners who will train others in MEC
