    Please  read the following policies, initial each one, and then sign your name at the bottom of the page to acknowledge that you agree to the following terms.

    New Clients you will receive address 24 hour PRIOR to your appointment once you have confirmed. 

    Arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please WAIT until your allocated slot as I may be with another client, preparing for your appointment or even tending to personal matters. TEXT (609)676-5050 when you have ARRIVED. STREET PARKING is available please do NOT use driveway or park on side of house blocking mailbox.

    DEPOSIT POLICY –

    We require a $30 deposit for an Eyelash extension FULL SET service. (2-3 hour appointment) 

    By paying this deposit, you agree to Deena’s Lash Lounge deposit policy.

    Your $30 deposit secures your eyelash full set appointment. Your deposit will be applied to the purchase of a full set at the time of your appointment. Deena’s Lash Lounge has a 24 hour cancellation policy. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours or did not show to your appointment, a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

     

    Prepare for your Lash Appointment 

    Please SILENCE PHONES. Please make sure all eye makeup has been removed from eye area prior to your appointment. Please be very courteous of your Lash Stylist and do not bring friends or children. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing experience. Please arrive with CLEAN lashes, if you have ANY cosmetic residue or oils your lash extensions will not apply properly. Please arrive to your appointment CAFFEINE FREE. Caffeine will cause your eyes to become very jittery and not relaxed. It takes longer to apply your eyelash extension application due to the jittery eye syndrome.

     

    Cancelation Policy

    If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact us ASAP (24 hour notice) so we have the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client. If less than 24 hours notice is given you will be charged 100% the amount of the appointment.

  • No Show Policy


    If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged up to 100% of your 
    scheduled service price. No further appointments request will be accepted after your 2nd No Call No Show

  • Late/Early Policy


    Existing clients please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please wait until your allocated slot as I may be with another client, preparing for your appointment or even tending to personal matters. If you are late, please note we understand things happen beyond our control which may cause you to be late. There is a 9 minute grace period on all appointments. Clients arriving over 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, please understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
