Vendor Application to Sell with XandersPOPUP Events. If your application is approved, you will receive a DM on Instagram. Payment can be remitted via Zelle or Venmo. Vendor booth fees are payable within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. The booth will be cancelled after 48 hours if payment is not received. Vendor booths are not confirmed until payment is received. SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY.

Vendor Booth SpaceTables should be a maximum of 6ft long and covered with a tablecloth. Vendor spaces will be 10x10. Your table/ racks and display must all fit within your space. Vendor spaces will be assigned in advance
Cancellation Policy In the event this event is cancelled due to the host's decision to cancel, full refunds will be given. You may also choose to accept a credit to be applied to a future Pop Up with a vendor fee of equal or lesser value. If the new market fee is more, the vendor will be responsible for covering the balance. If the vendor fee is less, the remaining balance will be refunded to the vendor. Please allow for 3-7 business days for all refunds, no matter what payment platform. In the event the vendor chooses to cancel attendance at Thie Xanders Popup before or on the date specified above, no refunds will be given.
Set-up Policy Set up times start an hour to an hour an half before the event, this will communicated on the Group Chat. Vendors must be set up by start time, A dolly or wagon is recommended to ease your loading and unloading process. Vendors are expected to keep their spaces clean, professional, and organized appearing throughout the event.
Take Down Policy We have 1 hour to breakdown after event end time. Please bring enough inventory to last several hours. If you sell out you will NOT be permitted to leave until the event's end time. If the event is slow, you are NOT to leave early, if you do you will NOT be allowed to return as a vendor to our Events. This is in place to not disturb those around you and is also a matter of liability.
Promoting Policy Social Media flyers will be provided to each vendor. To ensure a successful turnout, vendors are REQUIRED to share promotional post and flyers regarding the event as soon as flyers are provided. The Xanders Pop Up cannot guarantee the amount of customers or sales for the event. It is CRUCIAL we all put in our part to let our followers know where we can be found in Person. Let's ALL do OUR part!
Additional Information

You will receive an email or text message notifying you of approval of your application. An invoice will be emailed to you for the vendor booth fee. Venmo and Zelle is accepted. Please monitor your spam mail.
VENDOR BOOTHS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE. Booth fees are due within 48 hours.
