Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
Cultivating Your Personal Meditation Practice
This course will support you to cultivate your own personal meditation practice as a daily resource for meeting the changing inner and outer circumstances of your life.
Our exploration together will be highly relevant for both beginning and advanced practitioners and will give you greater presence, resilience, and connection with your innermost authentic self.
The Wise Heart
This meditation course draws on the Eastern roots of mindfulness meditation. We will delve into abundant and transformative inner resources for cultivating our well-being and the healing of our world. We learn the power of our caring hearts to ease suffering and nurture ourselves and others.
Mindfulness of Breath and Body
We delve deeper through exploring mindfulness of the breath and body. As we tune into the felt sensations of our moment-to-moment experience, we awaken into an embodied sense of presence and come home to ourselves.
Mindfulness of Emotions
We continue with mindfulness of emotions, where we come in contact with our humanity- the joys and sorrows of life, and we discover a capacity in mindfulness practice to hold the vastness of our inner landscape with precision and compassion.
Bringing Your Practice to the World
Integrating our learning into our lived experience, we explore embodiment practices and what it means to bring our practice into our homes, careers, relationships, and the path of living our purpose.
