Girl Scout Silver Award Final Report
Submit one form per project approximately 2 weeks before your project begins. Form should be completed by the girl(s), not an adult. If multiple girls are working on the same project they must complete this form together. For a group project, note that each girl will have an opportunity to answer some questions in her own words, while other questions girls will work on together. Once the form is submitted, a copy of the form and automated notification will be emailed to the Troop Leader/Adult Volunteer listed on the form, if needed look in your JUNK or SPAM folder for this confirmation, please forward the email confirmation to all Girl Scouts associated with this project. Silver Award projects are approved by the troop leader.
Deadlines:
Girl Scout Cadettes must complete work on the Silver Award and submit Final Report to GSWISE prior to becoming Girl Scout Seniors. This deadline is September 30 after girls complete eighth grade. To participate in the upcoming Girl Scout Award Celebration, the Silver Award Final Report must be submitted by March 1 or girls will be recognized the following year.
