Get Fit In Flint® is an community-based initiative developed by Harambee Wellness to remove barriers to exercise and empower Flint residents to live healthy lives every day. The free fitness classes are not your typical workout. It's a fitness party complete with music, a total body workout with low impact and high intensity options, physical distancing and community members all pulling together to get FIT all summer long (June through August).
