Terms and Conditions of Travel Planning Service
- Allow the agent 5 - 7 business days to complete your request.
- Our travel planning services require a $25 research fee for individual travel and $50 research fee for group travel, which may be reimbursed upon completion of travel of select international vacation packages or components. Travel planning will begin after research fee is received.
- Detailed itineraries are available for a $25 research fee and are not eligible for reimbursement to compensate for time and resources utilized to curate intinerary.
- The research fee covers one destination and 2 changes.
- If you are looking to inquire about multiple destinations for one vacation, please include an addition $5 per destination when paying your research fee.
- Research fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to compensate the agent in the event that a client does not proceed with booking or complete travel.
- Once you receive a proposal, it is valid up to 14 days. After the 14 days has passed and booking has not commenced, a new research fee of $15 will be assessed to reprice the vacation.
- If you are looking to book multiple vacations, please submit a travel planning questionaire and research fee per vacation.

Documentation You are required to have documentation to leave the United States. It is your responsibility to have the proper paperwork to enter a country. Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond the completion date of your travel. If you are not a United States citizen please inform your Travel Advisor at time of booking. You can still book your vacation while in process of getting your passport. Please inform your agent of any other concerns.
Travel insurance is optional. If you would like to opt out of travel insurance, type your name in the box below to confirm that you would like to decline coverage at this time. Please note there is a $25-50 cancelleation fee associated with many bookings dependent on supplier policies. The cancellation penalty is subject to change dependent on supplier and hotel/airline policies.
