Our products may contain or come in contact with nuts, milk, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs. I agree that all the information provided above is correct in regards to food allergies etc. On The Board Gourmet will not be held responsible for any withheld information in regards to food allergies.
Product Information:
All items should be kept refrigerated until the event begins. Meats and cheeses should not be left out for more than two hours.
Payment Information:
Once your order is submitted, we will contact your within 24 hours if there are any issues. Full Payment including any delivery charges must be made to confirm order. (Taxes where applicable will apply)
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Full Credit Toward Future Orders: If I cancel my order at least 7 days prior to pickup or delivery date.
50% Credit Toward Future Orders: If I cancel my order 4-6 days prior to pickup or delivery date.
No Refund: If I cancel 0-3 day prior to pickup or delivery date.
Delivery Information:
If you selected delivery, a delivery charge applies. Please be sure to add Delivery to your order.
Drivers will knock or ring the bell and will wait 5 minutes. If the intended recipient does not respond, we will attempt to call the recipient.
If we are unable to reach the recipient, the driver will leave the order in the best shaded spot possible by the front door. If there is no convenient place for the driver to leave the order, it will be returned to On The Board Gourmet for the recipient to pick up.
If the recipient does not pick up within 24 hours, the order will be discarded.
Pick Up Times:
Once we confirm your pickup time, please be on time to pick up your order.
Due to the nature of our business and the desire to provide our customers with the freshest quality ingredients, you will be allotted a grace period of 15 minutes after your pick up time to pick up. After that 15 minute grace period, you will need to contact us to reshedule.
Rescheduling Pick Up Times: Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled pick up time. We will try our best to accommodate your schedule but are not able to guarantee it.
