Booking Fee Explained.

To secure your kennel we require a booking fee of $100. For bookings less than $100 payment is required in full at the time of confirmation. For bookings over $100 we require a booking fee of $100 at the time of confirmation. The booking fee will be deducted off your final balance. Confirmation and Payment details will be sent to you via email within 1 - 2 business days of us receiving the enquiry form.

Daily Boarding Fees Explained.

Daily Boarding fees are Calculated on a per calendar day basis. This includes your drop off & collection Day, irrespective of time. 1 dog $35 2 dogs $60 sharing the same kennel. 3 dogs $70 sharing the same kennel.
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are only given if notice of cancellation is at least 14 days prior to booked dates. Deposits for bookings cancelled during peak / holiday periods are not transferable or refunded. No refunds are given for early collections or last minute date change.
Administrative Cancellation Fee.

An administration CANCELLATION fee of $20.00 will apply to cover expenses related to additional administrative services.

Securing your Kennel.
You will be notified via email If we have an available kennel. To secure your dog's kennel, a deposit of $100 will be due within 24 hours of us emailing you the invoice. Failure to pay this within 24 hours of the date on the invoice may result in the cancellation of your kennel.*

If we are unable to reach you both, in our absolute discretion, deciding veterinary attention is necessary, the owner will be liable for all such expenses.
