I try my best ❤️ - I only work in my free time, the waiting time also varies according to your speed to respond. - I only take 100% of the payment in EURO on the PAYPAL platform before starting the sketch. - I send you a WIP/Sketch, I wait your confirmation for continue and I finish the art. ANY changes will be subject to a fee. I don’t make change if I have finish the order. I only change if I have make a mistake. If you don't respond me +48H, i can finish your order without validate sketch. My art style is constantly change. - I do not make any refunds, be sure to order from me and wait for the time it takes before commissioning. I only refund if I can’t draw. I put tag « ART BLOCK » on my Trello if i’m stuck / can’t draw, I working on others commissions. If I can’t really draw your characters after others commissions, I contact your for telling my problem and refund you WHEN I CAN. If you forcing the refund, I put you on m’y personal blacklist (i don’t want to make a drama so, i don’t expose my personnal problem with my clients) and you can’t commissions me in the futur. NEVER. I understand all refund request but I have a TOS. You have agree with that if you commissions me. - Don't send me every day a message for know if i have start or i made progress on your commissions.
