If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
When you sign up for any online yoga session with me:
(1) You acknowledge that you are participating in this yoga class at your own risk.
(2) You assume full responsibility for your own safety.
(3) You waive all liability on the part of the teacher.
(4) You confirm you will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
(5) You warrant that you are physically capable of doing this class without medical restrictions.
(6) If you are unsure of your physical ability, please check with your doctor before proceeding.
(7) Any instruction given by the yoga instructor is not medical advice.
(8) You understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
(9) You recognise that it is your responsibility to notify the teacher of any serious illness, physical condtion or injury before every yoga class.
(10) You accept that Jamie Brown is not liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class.
