How do you hear about Heartleaf Health?

1. All information provided to your health coach is kept private and confidential.

2. You do hereby acknowledge that I, Violet Raptou, am a Wellness Coach, and that I am not a medical doctor or licensed primary health care provider, nor a registered dietician, nor am I providing medical services. You will not consider anything I share or say to substitute in any way for consultation, diagnosis, and treatment by a licensed primary health care provider, such as a medical doctor. All of the information provided on this website and / or during your private coaching sessions, as well as your personal health plans, are for educational purposes only. I am not able to diagnose or treat conditions because I am not a medical doctor. You understand that it is your responsibility to maintain a relationship for yourself/your child with a medical doctor or licensed health care provider. You understand my sole intention is to offer to you educational information and recommendations you request. If you choose to use this information to work on yourself then you affirm that the responsibility is yours.

3. You understand, I, Violet Raptou, Heartleaf Health and Wellness, and any affiliates to state that one should never use my information, or that of my affiliates, in any way that contradicts, conflicts, or opposes a course of treatment recommended by your primary health care provider. You agree to consult your doctor and / or health care practitioner before beginning any new protocol. If you ever feel that information given by Violet Raptou opposes your licensed primary care physician's treatment or recommendations, I, Violet Raptou, strongly advise you to follow the advice and instruction of your licensed primary health care provider. You affirm your right to self-health and the ability of your own innate intelligence to control your self-healing process. You can heal yourself, and maintain holistic health solely through actions you take on your own behalf or through such other channels as a licensed medical doctor.

4. You do hereby voluntarily state to understand and acknowledge as accurate all the above comments.

5. By using my website, products and advice, you agree that you will not hold either me or my affiliates liable for any damages that may occur by following the advice given, either paid or free. You agree that you are doing so at your own risk and that you cannot sue me for anything that is offered at Heartleaf Health and Wellness. I am here to guide you and support you. Only you can heal yourself. You are solely responsible for the decisions that you make.

6. All payments are due in full at the time of booking. There are no cancellations or refunds. You may reschedule two days before your scheduled appointment.
