• Welcome to the SRASAC Counselling registration form.

Counselling can be a rewarding and life-changing process which can support healing from trauma, but it can also be demanding and de-stabilising at times. For this reason, the SRASAC counselling service is not suitable for everyone, as a stable foundation is needed for counselling to work safely.

We have published our criteria for the service, which you can view here:

    https://www.srasac.org.uk/information-for-professionals

Please ensure you have read these before completing the form to check you are suitable for the service.

Some questions below ask for sensitive information. All information you provide is confidential; this means it is kept safe and secure within SRASAC and will not be passed on to any other organisation.

If you have any questions, or need help to complete this form, please contact us on our Information and Support Line on 07517 100 757. It will take approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete this form.

Please note that current waiting time from your initial assessment to start of counselling is approximately 6-12 months depending on how you choose to access your counselling.
