 Commission Steps

1. Contact me!

Go to Order Form link, Type in your Details

2. Pick your order

for embroidery, crochet & handpainted items. I'll check if the item you want is on-hand, if not it will take at least 7-10 working days for the item to be shipped

3. Agreement on design

Upload Design Reference pictures in the Order Form, Type in instructions and other notes for the design. Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the clarity of communication. 

4. Complete the rest of the order form then click "Submit"

5. Wait for our message

via IG DM for confirmation and payment process.

6. Downpayment

Down payment is required, half of the total amount as a guarantee before I can start working on your item.

7. Production

I'll be working on your order!

8. Delivery

The item will be sent home to you!!

 Acceptance of Orders

Commissions are accepted on a first come first served basis; though of course the ones I currently have onhand might be worked on in between while items are being shipped.
 

I have the right to decline any commission requests for any reasons
 

Sending a request does not guarantee you a slot for the commission since I have to check if the design is within my expertise. Just to avoid disappointments, ;)

Price & Shipping Changes

Price is always changing, as demand goes up, so does cost
 

Shipping time of the items is also changing so I cannot always guarantee the time I can start the production. Though I promise to try to get your request out to you as quickly as possible.

Where are you located?

• We are located at 810 M.L Quezon St. Nasipit Talamban in Cebu City, Philippines

What are your shop hours? 

• We are operating on Mondays to Fridays 9 AM to 3 PM. On Saturdays, we are open on 8 AM to 12 NN. 

How to care for embroidered items?

• it should be washed in cold water and on a gentle cycle; if you are worried about washing it on the washing machine, then hand washing it is an alternative
• If bleach is required for washing, a small amount of chlorine bleach can be used.Non-chlorine bleach is preferable
• Avoid tugging and always airdry
• Iron with the front facing down on a towel so the stitches don't get crushed. Press lightly

How long does it usually take for the order to be finished?

• All orders will be processed within 3-5 days if onhand but for items that are to be pre-ordered, it will take at least 7-10 business days. Please order early if you need an order by a certain date. If your order is finished, we do same-day delivery.
• For digital art order, the copy will be given virtually via email and production time might take 3-5 days as well. 

How much is my shipping for my order?

• Shipping is calculated based on weight, including packaging materials that are up to J&T shipping standards. We promise we do not make a profit off of shipping fees.

What is your store's exchange, refund, or return policy for online orders?

• Due to the small scale of our business and limited stock, all sales are final. We can not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. 
• If your order is damaged, contact us within 7 business days of receiving it + provide a photo of the damaged item(s) as well as the packaging it arrived in and we can guide you through filing a claim or coming up with a solution
• We are not responsible for loss due to the postal service. Please reach out and we can guide you through the process for filing a claim.

What if my order was lost/never delivered/etc?

• Unfortunately, we do not have any control over packages once we drop them off at the courier. We highly suggest waiting a few business days after a delivery notification is received to see if the package turns up.
