The application contains four parts and we estimate that it will take approximately 45 minutes to one hour to complete.

• The first part is your basic info. You'll also need to upload your resume in this section and list 3 references.
• The second part of the application is open-ended. Please note that this application does allow you to save your work and continue later.
• The third part allows us to learn more about your preferences for where you would like to work next year.
• The fourth part is a video component where you will be asked to answer a series of 3 questions over video.

For each answer below, select as many options as you'd like. Please note that the more flexible you are with your choices, the more likely it will be that we can place you at a campus. However, you may not receive matches that correspond to the preferences selected below, as we take many factors into consideration during the matching process.

For the video portion of the application, we want to let you know a few things first.

• The link will take you to an external site, SparkHire, where you’ll record your video answers.
• You’ll have as much time as you need to think about your answers. 
• When you’re ready, you’ll have 90 seconds to answer each question. 
• You’ll have 3 tries to answer each question. You must submit the most recent take. If you are happy with your answer, submit and move on to the next question.

What is a one-way video interview?
The organization you are interviewing with has come up with a series of interview questions that they have requested you to respond to.

This is an on-demand interview which means that you'll be recording your video interview answers at your convenience as long as you submit them before the deadline.

When you're in the interview, you'll be presented with the questions one at a time. The entire process is meant to be easy and you'll be provided with specific instructions along the way.

One-way video interviews are increasing in popularity with organizations around the world as they are more convenient for candidates earlier in the process and they allow you to tell more about yourself than a traditional screening method.

What if I don't have a webcam?
If you don't have a webcam on your computer, you can use the Spark Hire mobile application on an Android or iOS (iPhone, iPad) device to complete your interview.

Will I be able to practice before starting?
Yes! Before you start your interview, you'll have the ability to watch a tutorial, test your equipment, and record practice video(s).
