Request(s) Guidelines: (Head Coaches Only) WPB League, LLC "DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY REQUEST". Our primary goal is to create fair and balanced teams. League placement is decided based on age and skill. Coaches are guaranteed to be assigned to their own child's team. Coaches will not be allowed to coach together if their kids playing on the same team would undermine our primary goal of fielding fair and balanced teams. Please note, if for some reason you are unable to make a practice or a game, either another parent from your team or a WPB League staff member will cover. Please give us notice. All teams ages: Coaches and Parents are not able to request an entire team to play together. Write names below.

I HERBY PEDGE TO LIVE UP TO MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A COACH PARTICIPATING IN WPB LEAGUE, LLC SPORTS PROGRAM BY FOLLOWING THE COACH'S CODE OF CONDUCT. I UNDERSTAND THAT FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES COULD RESULT IN MY REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAM.

1. I WILL place the emotional and physical well-being of my players ahead of a personal desire to win.

2. I WILL do my best to provide a safe playing environment for my players.

3. I WILL ensure that my player's sports environment is one of fun and enjoyment.

4. I WILL lead by example in demonstrating FAIR PLAY and SPORTSMANSHIP to all my players.

5. I WILL provide a sports environment for my team that is free of drugs, tobacco and alcohol, and I will refrain from their use at all youth sports events.

6. I WILL enlist the support of my team's parents in my efforts to instill the proper attitudes and values in the players.

7. I WILL provide the opportunity to all my players to pursue, through sports, the physical and emotional benefits such activity offers.

8. I WILL strive to create a positive recreational experience for everyone involved in the activity.

9. I WILL remember that I am a youth sports coach, and that the game is for the children and not for the adults.
