ORDER POLICIES AND TERMS
Booking & Payments
• A non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total order amount is required to reserve your event date.
• Orders placed 10 or less calendar days before the event date require full payment at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days prior to pickup or delivery. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in order cancellation without refund of the retainer.
• Payments are accepted via Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
Order Changes
• Changes to cake size, design, flavors, colors, or event details must be requested at least 2 weeks before the event date.
• Approved changes may result in additional charges.
• Changes requested after the 2-week deadline cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations & Date Changes
• All payments and retainers are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed.
• In certain circumstances, event dates may be transferred at the discretion of Queen of Tarts Bake Shoppe and are subject to availability.
Delivery & Pickup
• Delivery and setup fees may apply based on location and event requirements.
• Customers are responsible for providing a safe, stable, and appropriate setup area for cake placement upon delivery.
Allergen Notice
• Products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including milk, wheat, soy, eggs, and nuts.
• While every precaution is taken, cross-contact may occur. Customers are responsible for notifying guests of potential allergens.
• Queen of Tarts Bake Shoppe is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our products.
Additional Information
• Serving estimates are based on party-size portions and may vary depending on how the cake is sliced.
• All tiers are approximately 6–7” tall and consist of 3 cake layers.
