Gaining and maintaining employment is certainly an area that people who are blind or vision impaired are at greater disadvantage.

BCA, through our 'An Eye to the Future' Program is working with people who are blind or vision impaired who are looking for support to enter into internships in their chosen field, or with a view to change professional direction.

An Eye to the Future Program aims to bring together those seeking internships with potential employers.

We are encouraging those that would benefit from support in this area, to complete this form, creating a profile to add their details to our database.

BCA will cross reference your skills, experience and expertise with those that employers are seeking. If your profile matches, BCA will share your details with the employer.
