3. Recent Picture of you holding your DL Or Passport

4. Copy of your most recent utility bill (power or water bill) that has your same matching address on your Drivers License

5. Copy of your Articles of incorporation or articles of organization if in USA, if international then your corporate documents verifying your corporate setup

6. Copy of your EIN document from IRS if in USA

7. Copy of most recent bank statement (if you want to be compensated as a business then it must be your business bank statement. If personal than personal bank statement)
