    Tell us about your venue
  • Your contact info

    We will use this if we need to contact you while setting up your Sharesy listing pages. This contact info will not be used for operational purposes once you are fully set up on sharesy.com, and will never be shared with bookers.
  • Official venue contact details

    The "Venue phone number" and "Venue email" will be sent to bookers after they hire your venue. Sharesy operational emails will be sent to the "Venue email" - if you want them to also be sent to other email addresses you can provide "Additional notification emails" (we will never share these "Additional" emails with bookers).
  • Parking and accessibility

    General information for your venue. If there are differences for individual spaces you can share that later.
  • Health, safety and security

    Let us know what features and equipment you have on site.
  • On the day

    Key instructions for bookers on the day of their event
  • On-site contact number

    If a booker has issues on the day, e.g. they cannot find the caretaker or cannot work out where to go, we need a way to contact you. If you allow bookings outside of working hours, please provide a mobile or other number that will be answered.
  • We will give bookers a Sharesy phone number that will forward to this on-site number. Your number gets masked so bookers won't know what it is. The booker will only be able to call from 1 hour before their event until 1 hour after.

  • Venue viewing instructions

  • All bookers are offered a venue viewing after they book and pay. This reassures the booker, and most venues find it helps to meet the booker and learn more about their event (you can reject the booking if you aren't comfortable).
