On-site contact number

If a booker has issues on the day, e.g. they cannot find the caretaker or cannot work out where to go, we need a way to contact you. If you allow bookings outside of working hours, please provide a mobile or other number that will be answered.

We will give bookers a Sharesy phone number that will forward to this on-site number. Your number gets masked so bookers won't know what it is. The booker will only be able to call from 1 hour before their event until 1 hour after.

Venue viewing instructions
All bookers are offered a venue viewing after they book and pay. This reassures the booker, and most venues find it helps to meet the booker and learn more about their event (you can reject the booking if you aren't comfortable).
Instruct bookers how to contact you to arrange a viewing. Ensure you include a phone number or email, or explain that they can just turn up at the venue.
For example: "There is no need to contact the venue in advance." or "Please call to confirm attendance on 020 1234 1234."
Explain to bookers what times you accept viewings
For example: "Viewings are available 9am-5pm on weekdays."

Photos
Upload the main photo for your venue. This will be shown on your venue page, which lists your individual spaces. Most venues choose a photo of the outside of the venue, but you can use any photo e.g. inside your main space. A large landscape image works best, but upload the best you have for now.
