This agreement covers booth rental space during The 2022 Wedding Expo and Bride Wars at the Randolph Riverfront Center in Alexandria, Louisiana on April 24, 2022. Doors will be open for brides and families from 2:30 until 4:30. Bride wars will start immediately after expo at 4:30-5:30. At the end of the games the winner of the event will be announced. After winner is announced please start breakdown your booth. Do not breakdown before events are over. Please be respectful. All payments are NONE refundable. Exhibitor agrees to comply with and accept (a) the Rules and Regulations printed on this application form and (b) such other rules or operating procedures of the Riverfront Center which reasonably require for orderly construction, conduct and dismantling of the Expo from “set-up” to “tear-down”. The Expo shall have the full power in the interpretation and enforcement for all Rules and Regulations contained herein, and power to make such reasonable amendments thereto and such further Rules and Regulations as it shall consider necessary for the proper conduct and safety of the Expo. Exhibitor agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions thereof as to the use and enjoyment of the premises. Each exhibitor will be required to give a door prize that will be announced throughout the Expo, preferably dealing with exhibitor’s services. Each exhibitor will receive a list of the registered brides from the event. This list or parts thereof may not be sold, reproduced in any form, or distributed to third parties. Its contents are intended for the participating exhibitors only. Please include with this application: 1. This contract completed, signed and dated 2. One check for your booth space selection.
Please remember that your application will be first come first serve. Timeless Event Productions and Melady House Venue will NOT be responsible for lost, broken, or stolen items. Leave the booth and items at your OWN risk. We will only provide the space, a table and two chairs.
