Gates open at 10 am vendors have the option to stay open during dancehall event which is until 1:30 am. VENDOR SPACE: Food Vendors are $850 from Friday to Monday with 3 employees working the booth, extra employees will be a charge of $75 per person per day. Merchandise Vendors are $450 for all days with 2 employees working both extra employees will be a charge of $75 per person per day. AD SPSCE: $200-$1500 SPONSORSHIPS: $1500 and up LOGOS ON SHIRTS: $50 SWAG IN BAGS: Drop your company products in a SWAG BAG.

The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, One Love One Heart Reggae Festival, its members, officers, directors, and volunteers against any or all damages to property or personal injury or loss caused by the Exhibitor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person. Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the Exhibitor’s display or caused by the Exhibitor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers.
