New Customers: When placing your order, we require a valid credit card at the time of the order that will be used to fulfill your order for shipping when received, but is not charged until the item actually arrives. If a credit card is NOT provided, then a nonrefundable 25% deposit will be necessary to secure your order. This is an unfortunate business decision that we have wrestled with for some time and are being forced to implement as a result of numerous recent order cancellations. Note regarding Local Pick-Up, Shipping or Charge & Hold: As a reminder to those picking up at the store, we try to notify you of its arrival a.s.a.p. and ask you to please pick it up within 14 days. If you want us to hold it for a later pick-up time, we will gladly hold it charging your credit card for the purchase; just let us know what you want to do. For our customers who have us ship to you, we will hold several items to ship together to reduce shipping costs, charging your credit card for the held item(s). Please remember we are a dealer and cannot be held accountable for delays in production, errors in printing, cost increases or product cancellations. The estimated delivery date is an estimate (at the time of catalog publication) for when the item is expected to ship.
